After years of looking for a great ab program, I’ve finally found it in the
10 Minutes Solution – Blast Off Belly Fat DVD. This workout is fantastic and perfect in so many ways, particularly because it only takes 10 minutes to do a workout! This video is something I stick to and use very often. I even enjoy doing it.

I have a few Denise Austin workout DVDs and the one I do most often may just be the
Denise Austin Boot Camp Total Body Blast workout. The exercises here are fast-paced (which is how I like it). There’s a good amount of toning and cardio.
This dvd is 20 min cardio, 20 min toning, 10 min stretch. The cardio is good, but they put the abs at the end of it. I wish it was in the toning section. The toning is mostly squats/lunges with some weights.

Ever since I bought a Stability Ball I’ve found it to be one of the most fun ways to exercise. I have bought some of the “10 Minute Solution” DVDs and enjoy most of them. The
10 Minute Solution: Fitness Ball Workouts DVD is no exception. Lead by a warm, friendly instructor (Kimberly Spreen) this DVD is divided into 5, Ten-minute segments: “Butt & Thigh Tone-Up”, “Arms &Shoulders Sculptor”, “Firm, Flat Abs”, “Total Body Fat Burner”, and “Ultra Stretch.”

I’ve had a few different pilates DVDs and the
10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates DVD is pretty damn good. It really helps that Lara Hudson, the instructor tells you when to breath in and out and you can hear her breathing. You can synchronize the 5 different workouts in the order you want. Some of these exercises are different from the ones on other pilates DVDs.
