Exhale: Core Fusion Body Sculpt DVD Review

by Natalie Belford

I got the Core Fushion Body Sculpt DVD four weeks ago and have been doing it since then. Thought I’ll do a little review on how awesome it is. It really is quite a unique workout method which isn’t tiring but rejuvenating. It’s challenging and I can definitely promise you that it’ll shape and tone your body in no time.

Broken down into five 10 minute sessions, the DVD focuses on small muscle movements with many reps in order to burn away excess fat and lengthen the muscles. The exercises were Lotte Berk style and if you’ve enjoyed the Bar Method DVD, this should be perfect for you.

It’s a mish-mash of ballet-style exercises, pilates, yoga and traditional exercises. It’s not a huff and puff cardio dvd and it uses interval training. The instructors are a husband and wife team and they are terrific! They aren’t annoying at all and they do teach a lot on proper form which I found useful when doing the exercises.

Exhale Core Fushion Body Sculpt DVDThe setting of the video was in a living room of some sorts and the music was peaceful and non-obstrusive. The sections of the DVD are broken down into upper body exercises, thighs, butt, abs and stretches. You can do them all one after another or just focus on one section if you are pressed for them.

After doing the exercises for 4 weeks, I think my body is responding very well to it. It looks much more lean and sexy, which is exactly the look I was going for. It won’t bulk you up and make you look muscular, if you’re worried about that.

While the exercises might look deceptively simple, it’s really challenging at times and you will DEFINITELY feel it after or in between workouts. It’s a fantastic, peaceful and invigorating workout dvd and I would highly recommend giving this a try if you’re bored with the usual aerobics/cardio/yoga dvds out there.

Fantastic stuff!
