Walk Your Belly Fat is a 3 mile walk workout that aims to help people to lose their belly fat. It is a great workout video just like every other workout videos created by Leslie. In this exercise video, Leslie walks briskly back and forth. While she walks, she talks with a motivating tone to encourage the participants to carry on throughout the workout.
It features a wall clock that shows the amount of time remaining for the workout.

By looking at the time, you will know how much time is left and walk faster to finish the workout quicker. The count of the remaining time is based on each individual mile. The miles are distinguished by a change in the background music. I like the continuous clock because it shows me how much time is left until I will finish walking for a mile. If you don’t like the wall clock, you can switch off the feature.

During the whole workout period, Leslie remains energetic after the 3 miles walking workout. The aerobic workout is accompanied with background music as usual. The background music is a standard for all the workout videos performed by Leslie. The fast movement in the aerobic exercises helps the participants to lose their belly fat effectively.

One of the disadvantages is that Leslie only performs the bicycle crunches for the abdominal exercise. I thought Leslie would have incorporated some of the abdominal exercises from her other workout videos. There are a number of a great abdominal exercises that are demonstrated in her other DVDs.

Leslie Sansone walk your belly flat Walk Your Belly features Leslie workout by herself. In other DVDs, she is often seen working out with a group of friends and people. The last video DVD which Leslie is seen workout with a group of people is “The Big Burn”. However, some people may prefer to work one on one with Leslie as the girls tend to distract away the attention to focus on the exercise. In this DVD, Leslie seems to provide more motivational instructions compare with the previous DVD.

The whole workout takes approximately 50 minutes to complete. There is a big difference between this workout DVD and other previous DVDs. In the previous DVDs, the session starts with a warm up, cool down and stretching exercises. Leslie always stresses the importance of performing these parts before performing the real exercises.
I would recommend Walk Your Belly DVD to anyone who is eager to lose their belly fat. It is also suitable for people that have a tight budget since it is cheaper to purchase the DVD than enrolling in a fitness club.
