The Biggest Loser Workout Boot Camp is a weight loss boot camp exercise program that can help you to lose weight within 6 weeks. It’s really a decent workout program and haven’t tried it for a few days, I think it does help anyone to lose weight. It’s not really very intense but its a well rounded workout.

The exercise session can be divided into three levels. In Level 1, the workout last for twenty minutes. The workout in level 1 consists of warm up and cardio exercises to tone up the upper and lower body.

Dance with Julianne: Cardio Ballroom is dance queen Julianne’s latest dance workout offering. I personally love Julianne Hough’s adorable personality. It is sheer pleasure listen and follow her Julianne’s clear and easily replicate instructions.

Juliaane is expressive yet down to earth and she knows how to show you a good time to a productive and fun workout. Julianne’s choice of dance moves and music is wonderfully coordinated with tempo building up from in a smooth flow from start to finish. I really enjoyed sweating buckets doing the cha-cha and jive and feeling the leg and hip areas getting tone with each twist and turn.

I’ll be honest. I didn’t think much off MTV Power Yoga when I first saw it in the video store. It’s MTV after all and that doesn’t seem to really go well with the holistic discipline of Yoga. I thought it’ll be another crappy Yoga-inspired video but boy was I wrong!

MTV Power Yoga is actually a fantastic workout in many ways and it really challenged me even though I was relatively familiar with a LOT of yoga dvds.

After doing pilates and yoga workouts for the last two months, I decided to switch it up a little and do a normal aerobics style workout. So I bought the Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt DVD by Violet Zaki. Only reason why I did it was the good reviews and the fact that it was divided into two 20 minute workouts.

Being pressed for time nowadays because of work, I needed a short workout that could allow me to sweat, lose weight and feel good! This workout dvd does the job fabulously. The routine is mostly interval training with some cardio and you’ll be using light hand weights.

I got the Core Fushion Body Sculpt DVD four weeks ago and have been doing it since then. Thought I’ll do a little review on how awesome it is. It really is quite a unique workout method which isn’t tiring but rejuvenating. It’s challenging and I can definitely promise you that it’ll shape and tone your body in no time.

I bought the Bar Method Body Designer Sculpting DVD because of one reason. One of its specific benefits is the ability to make your legs look longer, give you a tighter bum and a dancers body. I’ve heard that it wasn’t a traditional aerobics workout and it stretches your thigh and seat muscles so your body naturally becomes more lean and sexy. Sounds good right?

After years of looking for a great ab program, I’ve finally found it in the 10 Minutes Solution – Blast Off Belly Fat DVD. This workout is fantastic and perfect in so many ways, particularly because it only takes 10 minutes to do a workout! This video is something I stick to and use very often. I even enjoy doing it.

It challenges all your abdominal muscles in various ways. It uses the plank position to work the tranverse abs and Pilates for the core. Basic aerobics and normal crunches/curls round up your ab work.

Jari Love’s Get Extremely Ripped DVD is tough. It’s challenging for beginners and even some experts. The workout comprises of two 30 minute routines along with a 8 minute session of ab work and a 8 minute stretch at the end of the workout. You can choose to do both routines together or just do one routine at a time, which is useful if you’re rushed for time.
