The Biggest Loser Workout Boot Camp is a weight loss boot camp exercise program that can help you to lose weight within 6 weeks. It’s really a decent workout program and haven’t tried it for a few days, I think it does help anyone to lose weight. It’s not really very intense but its a well rounded workout.

The exercise session can be divided into three levels. In Level 1, the workout last for twenty minutes. The workout in level 1 consists of warm up and cardio exercises to tone up the upper and lower body.

The level 2 workout lasts for fifteen minutes. The exercises in level 2 are harder to perform and suitable for people that had successfully undergone the exercises in level 1. Some of the exercises taught in level 2 include squat thrusts, jump up pushups, and one arm pushups. In level 2, the participant will be required to perform a lot of jumping exercises. However, there are also non jumping exercises.

The non jumping exercises are demonstrated by the two fitness experts which are Heba and Vicky. The level 3 workout last for ten minutes. In level 3, it focuses on strength exercises which aim to exhaust the muscles so that it can be shaped effectively.

You can customize the workout program by choosing a level to perform. Each level can be performed once or multiple times. To take the full advantage of the program, I highly recommend that you choose the Maximum Results program. The Maximum Results program offers a number of preset selections based on the number of weeks of your participation. The exercise equipments required for this workout video include dumb bells, resistance bands, and exercise ball.

I would recommend the Workout Boot Camp for people who want to lose weight and achieve agility. One thing I would complain is the contestants who demonstrate the workouts. Since they are not well trained, the demonstration is not done professionally. Not to be too snobby about this but this can really affect your form and cause you to perform the exercise incorrectly. I noticed that the only contestant that performs every workout movement correctly is Ali.

In any case, this is a decent workout, especially if you’re a fan of The Biggest Loser TV series. I personally won’t be using this exercise video much but I know many people who love it. Worth trying.
